Born from the dream of two Italians passionate about food and hospitality, BuonVento is our home away from home. Now yours too, here on the beautiful island of Paros.
“BuonVento” means good wind, and that’s exactly what we wish for every guest: a gentle breeze, good food, and time to truly relax.
Our kitchen doesn’t follow trends or tourist crowds. We cook simple, soulful Neapolitan dishes using fresh, organic ingredients from Paros and select top-quality Italian products. It’s honest food, made with care; just like at home.

Perched on a hill overlooking the bay of Mesada, BuonVento sits on the east coast of Paros, just moments from Piso Livadi port and Chrisi Akti beach.
The idea was born from two Italian entrepreneurs, Massimiliano Ruocco and Gianluca Maggiulli, driven by a shared passion for food and hospitality, alongside Greek businessman and musician Panos Stamboglis.

Their vision? Simple, honest cooking with bold, well-defined flavours.

I came here with a group of friends and family on recommendation and it did not disappoint.
We had a delicious fresh salad, a welcome starter, and mains which were both meat and pasta dishes, all excellent. Fresh ingredients were used throughout and the chef was accommodating and inventive when preparing food for members of my party with a gluten allergy.
The owners (including the chef) and staff were warm and welcoming, seeing to our every request. They even gifted my mother with a special treat at the end of our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Quiet location with nice views! Welcoming place, welcoming people! Gentle, smiling and at the same time true professionals!
Very good food, tasty with excellent ingredients, regular servings! To the very positive the fruit with the fried pizza! Nice servings!
Of course, the pasta is excellent, but the steak with the hot espresso they pour the moment they serve it was the dream! If you love Italian cuisine go definitely!
